Cancellation, Transfer & Refund Policy

(Applicable for Wellness Therapies & Genomic Testing Services)

By completing this purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following policy:

1. Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of wellness therapies and genomic testing services, order cancellation is not permitted once payment has been confirmed.

However, the purchased service may be transferred to another individual (assignee) with the written authorization from the original purchaser. The Company reserves the right to verify and approve any transfer request before processing.

2. Transfer of Purchase

The purchaser may request to assign or transfer the purchased service to another individual, subject to the following conditions:

  • The transfer request must be submitted by the original purchaser by signing the Utilization/Authorization Form.
  • The request must clearly state the Assignee Name, Identification Number (I/C No. or Passport No.) and contact details of the assignee.
  • The Company reserves the right to approve, verify, or decline any transfer request if deemed inappropriate or incomplete.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases for wellness therapies and genomic testing services are strictly non-refundable, except in the following circumstance:

Incorrect Transaction Amount

If an incorrect payment amount has been charged due to a transaction error, the difference will be refunded according to the original payment method.
Refund processing will follow the applicable banking procedures:

  • Online Bank Transfer. Approved refunds will be credited to the purchaser’s bank account via online bank transfer within 3–5 working days after confirmation.
  • Credit Card Payment. Refunds will be returned to the original credit card used for the transaction. Processing time will depend on the policies of the card-issuing bank.

4. Company Rights

The Company reserves the right to review, verify, and decline any request for refund or transfer that does not comply with the terms stated above.

Kindly contact your card-issuing bank with regards to the duration of the credit refunds.
